House Cleaning Professionals

Our House Cleaning Professionals are the front lines of our green cleaning business and reliably service our clients’ homes with friendly and efficient cleaning services. Their main focus is to bring our clients consistent, high-quality work that can be bragged about!

JOB DESCRIPTION: Karma Diva Green Cleaning is a residential cleaning company in the Greater Philadelphia area that provides living wage and wellness support to our cleaners in order to provide exemplary service for our clients.

• Physical Ability to clean 2-3 homes per day (with a team) and lift up to 30 lbs.

Having at least 2 years of experience in Professional Cleaning is highly respected. We love to bring members to our team that already know the ropes, more or less, but we have found that those without experience can sometimes find a good home with us. If you do not have experience, please be extra sure to tell us what makes you a good fit for this work.

Our current pay scale is a blend of our technicians ability to pass our online trainings and quizzes and the length of time on the team.

Please note that if you are chosen for this position you will be expected to clean to a high standard and your work will be critiqued regularly.

Karma Diva Green Cleaning currently has full and part-time positions open for experienced house cleaners who are motivated, honest, hardworking, detail and design-oriented, personable, and compassionate.

A thorough background check will be conducted before you are hired and no fewer than 3 professional references will be required.

Local Travel is required as we have clients ranging from Philadelphia to Chester County, PA. While we do our best to keep everyone as close to home as possible, reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance are a must-have.

If you are not local to these areas but are a good fit otherwise we may still be interested in working together! We would love to expand into the following regions: Lansdale, New Hope, Lancaster, Reading, West Chester

Payscale is dependent upon experience with the team and hours are M-F 9-5,  give or take. 

We can be flexible with a school schedule or if you have limited availability, all we ask is for ample notice so that other arrangements can be made.

Constructive communication skills- It is important to our clients that we hire associates that will listen closely to instructions give and and take constructive criticism with grace as necessary.

This position is open to someone who plans to grow with this company for at least a year. Our work is based on a high level of trust which takes time to earn and is valued highly for the long term.

Experience must come from a professional background - Cleaning your own house does not count as experience!

References must be from a professional setting - It’s great that your family members and friends will speak well of you, but we need to speak with people who have worked with you.

This position is available with open arms to someone who will care about our clients and the future success of Karma Diva on the whole. We are, so far, pretty closely knit and it is important that we add the right people to our team. The rewards from this community are limitless.

Here is an example of what a week with us could look like for your finances:

Contracts begin with a 1 month agreement. Then a one-on-one with the District Leader will determine advancement to higher payment arrangement and a 3 month contract. Another one-on-one with the District Leader will determine a higher payment arrangement and a 6 month contract. After 6 months we will meet every 6 months to check in and determine the next contract that makes sense. 

Design your own schedule. 

We request 2 weeks notice for regular availability changes and you are asked to confirm your upcoming appointments 1-2 weeks ahead.

This work is physical. Your health and well-being is essential to your ability to produce the kind of work we are striving to provide for our clients. If you have a physical issue that you think might flare up and keep you from working please take that into consideration before applying.

- Technology Friendly

The ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers is crucial. A basic understanding of Google calendar and spreadsheet will serve us all well as it is our main means of communication. 

We also have weekly team meetings over Zoom so this must be installed on your phone to be eligible.
