Karma Diva Green Cleaning is a residential cleaning company in the Greater Philadelphia area that provides living wage and wellness support to our cleaners in order to provide exemplary service for our clients.

We can be flexible with a school schedule or if you have limited availability, all we ask is for ample notice so that other arrangements can be made.

Constructive communication skills- It is important to our clients that we hire associates that will listen closely to instructions give and and take constructive criticism with grace as necessary.

Technology Friendly

The ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers is crucial. A basic understanding of Google calendar and spreadsheet will serve us all well as it is our main means of communication. 

We also have weekly team meetings over Zoom so this must be installed on your phone to be eligible. 

This position is open to someone who plans to grow with this company for at least a year. Our work is based on a high level of trust which takes time to earn and is valued highly for the long term.

Our House Cleaning Professionals are the front lines of our green cleaning business and reliably service our clients’ homes with friendly and efficient cleaning services. Their main focus is to bring our clients consistent, high-quality work that can be bragged about!

Applicants Must Be:

Applicants Must Have (all of the following):

  • Accurate and Timely Communication Skills

  • Reliable Car & Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

  • Smart Phone

  • Great Health & Well-being (this is a physical job)

  • Physical Ability to clean 2-3 homes per day (with a team) and lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Passion for Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Living

  • An Eye For Detail

  • Ability to work efficiently

Design your own schedule. We are currently advertising to our clients that we are available Mon-Fri 9-5ish.

We request 2 weeks notice for regular availability changes and you are asked to confirm your upcoming appointments 1-2 weeks ahead. 

Contracts begin with a 1 month agreement. Then a one-on-one with the District Leader will determine advancement to higher payment arrangement and a 3 month contract. Another one-on-one with the District Leader will determine a higher payment arrangement and a 6 month contract. After 6 months we will meet every 6 months to check in and determine the next contract that makes sense. 

Having at least 2 years of experience in Professional Cleaning is highly respected. We love to bring members to our team that already know the ropes, more or less, but we have found that those without experience can sometimes find a good home with us. If you do not have experience, please be extra sure to tell us what makes you a good fit for this work.

Our current pay scale is a blend of our technicians ability to pass our online quizzes and Quality Assurance tests and the length of time on the team.

Please note that if you are chosen for this position you will be expected to clean to a high standard and your work will be critiqued regularly.
