Regional Team Leader Audition
This lasts about 90 days and gives us a chance to start easing a heavier work load into your schedule so we don’t expect too much too fast.
At this level you are still an Independent Contractor. Pay Rate levels out with a beginning base rate at $17/hr + tips regardless of cleaning or administrative time.
Regional Team Leader Level 1
Once we are sure you are ready to take on the work of Regional Team Leader without extra guidance, we can promote you to our RTL Level 1 position.
At this level you are a Salaried Employee at a base payrate of $700/wk plus tips.
Regional Team Leader Level 3
This is it! You’ve made it to the top of the Regional Responsibilities! Taking on this role means that you are a professional with Client Consults, Tech 1:1’s, Payroll, and you’re even able to help us out with Advertising.
Payrate here is $830/wk plus tips
Regional Team Leader Level 2
At this level we’d like to see that you are training to take on client consultations, tech 1:1 meetings, and learning to manage payroll.
Payrate increases to $770/wk plus tips
Opportunities for advancement within our company include a gradual progression through the following roles:
Cleaning Tech (minimum 4 months)
Quality Assurance Team: Official Mentor
Regional Team Leader: Level 1 ; Level 2; Level 3
