As a technician, you are entrusted with access to client homes, confidential company information, and proprietary business processes. Maintaining professionalism, honesty, and respect for privacy is essential to ensuring a positive experience for both clients and team members.
By accepting work with Karma Diva Green Cleaning, you agree to uphold the following principles of trust and transparency:
1. Honesty & Professional Integrity
Be truthful and transparent in all communications with clients, fellow technicians, and management.
If a mistake occurs, report it promptly and take accountability rather than concealing or misrepresenting the situation.
Maintain ethical conduct in all work-related matters, ensuring that services are completed to the highest standard.
2. Respect for Client Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information, including names, addresses, service preferences, and security details, must be treated with strict confidentiality.
Never disclose client information to unauthorized individuals, including family, friends, or third parties.
Avoid taking personal calls or engaging in private conversations while in a client’s home.
Do not take photos, videos, or recordings inside a client’s home unless explicitly approved by the company.
3. Transparency in Work Performance
Follow all assigned cleaning tasks and check service notes carefully before beginning a job.
If additional time is needed, communicate with management before exceeding the scheduled service time.
If a task cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, notify management rather than skipping or rushing through it.
Provide accurate updates in company communication channels, including Slack, and document any issues that arise during a job.
4. Proper Handling of Company & Client Property
Treat all client belongings with care and respect, ensuring that no items are damaged or misplaced.
If damage occurs, report it immediately rather than attempting to cover it up or leaving it unaddressed.
Return all company-provided supplies in good condition and keep personal cleaning kits clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Use only approved cleaning products and follow safety guidelines for handling materials.
5. Clear & Professional Communication
Respond to company messages, scheduling requests, and client updates in a timely manner.
If you are unable to make it to a job or will be late, notify management as soon as possible—last-minute cancellations or repeated tardiness may impact future work opportunities.
Speak professionally with clients, keeping conversations focused on the service rather than personal topics.
Do not solicit or accept personal work from Karma Diva Green Cleaning clients outside of company assignments.
6. Consequences for Breach of Trust
Karma Diva Green Cleaning holds all technicians to high standards of professionalism and honesty. Violations of this policy, including dishonesty, breach of confidentiality, or failure to uphold company standards, may result in:
Loss of job assignments or reduced work opportunities
Termination of the working relationship
Potential legal consequences for serious breaches of privacy or misconduct
