Quality Assurance Team Mentor Position
It all starts with an audition
Once you have been with the team through at least 2 contract signings we can consider you for our Quality Assurance Team Mentor role. Instead of paying on a sliding scale, your payrate will begin at a base pay, $16/hr during your audition and $17/hr within the role itself.
This position is available exclusively to Existing Cleaning Techs who are ready to take on more responsibility within the company.

Opportunities for advancement within our company include a gradual progression through the following roles:
Cleaning Tech (minimum 4 months)
Quality Assurance Team: Official Mentor
Regional Team Leader: Level 1 ; Level 2; Level 3
