Karma Diva Tasking Service

We’ve seen that there is an evolving need for our offerings to be a little more extensive at times and are excited to introduce: The Karma Diva Tasking Service!

On occasion, our clients may need some additional help with things that aren’t on our maintenance or deep cleaning lists, errands, or other small jobs around the house that we can lend a helping hand to manage for them. Our tasking service can cover these types of requests:

  • Deeper Cleaning than what our deep cleaning rate will cover

  • Refrigerator Cleaning

  • Basic Organizing:

    • Put things that are alike together

      • Safe stacking

    • Sifting for donations.

      • We can pick things up one at a time and give you 10 seconds to decide if it’s keep or give away

  • Transport Donations

  • Errand Running (local only)

  • Packing

  • Washing/Folding Laundry (limited responsibility for delicate items)

  • Dishes

  • Prepping the house before a cleaning

  • Light - Medium Waste Removal

  • Window Cleaning

  • Plant Care

  • Bed Making

Whether it's organizing closets, cleaning the fridge, making beds, or any other specific requests, this addition to our service provides you with the flexibility to tailor our visits to your home’s specific needs.

Karma Diva charges the following rates for these requests, based on physical difficulty, ingenuity needed, and timeframe:

Services priced out in 15 min increments:

Level 1 Tasking $55/hr 15 min = $13.75 | 30 min = $27.50 | 45 min = $41.25

Level 2 Tasking $57.50/hr 15 min = $14.38 | 30 min = $28.75 | 45 min = $43.13

Level 3 Tasking $60/hr. 15 min = $15.00 | 30 min = $30.00 | 45 min = $45.00

Level 4+ Tasking, hourly rate determined upon review.

Any additional supplies obtained by Karma Diva or our associates for the purposes of completing these tasks will be included for reimbursement on our final invoice.

Excessive Waste Removal Fees may also apply.

We do not guarantee licensing for any tasks accepted. We are not electricians, so we promise not to attempt to rewire your house. Tasks are limited to legal requests only. We're here to help you flip your mattress, not fix your plumbing or take anyone out, including pests.

We promise not to accept any job that we are not 100% confident we can manage safely within our skill set.

Please submit your request below and, once reviewed, we will respond with our best determination of which level we should consider for this task as an estimate. It is best to give us as much notice as possible so we can accurately plan for your needs.
