We are hiring 2-3 Home Cleaning Professionals as Independent Contractors in the suburban areas West of Philadelphia; Northwest Philadelphia; the Main Line; and into the Phoenixville/West Chester area.

Pay Rate: $15-20.00 per hour + tips regularly take overall hourly rate over $25/hr

Step 4: In-Person Interview

Congratulations! If you successfully pass the Zoom interview, we will schedule an in-person interview with you. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with our CEO or Regional Team Leader in person. This is an important step to further assess your compatibility with our company culture and to provide you with more insights into the position and our expectations.

Step 5: Background Check and References

Upon a successful in-person interview, we may conduct a background check and contact the references provided in your application. This step helps us ensure the safety and reliability of our team members and maintain our high standards of service.

Step 6: Offer and Onboarding

If you are selected for the position, we will ask you to sign our Independent Contractor Agreement. Once this is signed, we will guide you through the onboarding process, which includes slideshow and quizzes as well as in person guidance to understand and navigate Karma Diva’s standards to set you up for success as a Karma Diva House Cleaning Professional.
