Kirstin Brug (Founder & CEO): With a vision for a cleaner, greener future, Kirstin established Karma Diva Green Cleaning and continues to lead the company with passion and dedication.

Quality Assurance Team: Nicole Bruno and Taylor Dobler ensure that our new cleaning technicians receive comprehensive training and uphold our standards of excellence on every cleaning visit.

House Cleaning Professionals: Cleaning Techs currently consist of Dan Sprague, Julia Cahill, Sali Nana, Malika Reynolds, Nicole Bruno, and Taylor Dobler.

Using plant-based cleaning agents and some loving elbow grease this team of eco-conscious professional house cleaners has worked to create a reliable and trusted name for this triple bottom line business. 

Our cleaning team earns an increasingly competitive living wage with wellness support that highlights a flexible schedule and more to the hard-working staff members on the team.

Many of the team members have been with Karma Diva for over 5 years and are a great help to new team members as they become familiar with the quality standards and processes that keep things running smoothly. And we love our clients! We know that bringing reliable service to their schedule reciprocates reliability in ours.

Founded 14 years ago by Kirstin Brug, Karma Diva Green Cleaning is a testament to our commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. As an environmentally conscious cleaning company, we prioritize using plant-based cleaning agents and eco-friendly practices to ensure a healthier home and planet.

At Karma Diva, we believe in fair wages and quality service. We pay a living wage to our dedicated staff, enabling us to deliver top-notch cleaning services to our valued clientele. Our team is small but mighty, dedicated to upholding our core values of integrity, excellence, and environmental stewardship.

Our clients have reported the results of hiring us have brought structure to their household schedule which has helped them with everything from productivity and improved health to enhanced mood and even saving marriages! Everyone wears a house differently and at Karma Diva, we work with our clients to find the right pacing for their scheduled visits and timing that balances the needs of our cleaning teams and our clientele. 

Admin Team: Victoria Millward, our Communications Coordinator, and Rianne Gonzalez, our Executive Assistant, manage the administrative tasks essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Our confirmation  schedule gives 10 days advance notice of our intended visit, with details about who we plan to send and the timeframe we are planning for. We rely on the consistency of this plan to maintain the balanced needs of everyone involved in the keeping of this system. Of course, we are all human, so these needs may occasionally shift with the push and pull of health needs and holiday schedules.

To us, Quality Assurance starts with staying informed. From our clients’ first cleaning request and consultation to our technicians’ quiz scores and ongoing communication regarding shifts in our notes and even safety concerns that they find throughout their work.

Billing and Payment Process:

Our billing department diligently tracks shifts in workload and ensures timely invoicing and payment processing. To streamline the process, we request that clients provide their credit card information, allowing us to run payments promptly after each cleaning appointment. This approach helps us meet our payroll needs efficiently and maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Kirstin Brug is also a Licensed Massage Therapist

In addition to her role as the founder of Karma Diva Green Cleaning, Kirstin Brug has embarked on a new journey in the realm of holistic wellness. With a lifelong interest in massage therapy, Kirstin seized the opportunity in 2020 to pursue her passion further and earn her license.

As of March 2021, Kirstin is now a Licensed Massage Therapist, dedicated to helping her clients find relief from pain and stress, allowing them to embrace each day feeling light and ready for anything.

While Kirstin remains available to lend her expertise to the daily operations of Karma Diva Green Cleaning on occasion, her primary focus lies in her massage therapy practice. With a competent team she can trust, Kirstin is able to devote her energy to providing transformative massage experiences for her clients.
