Karma Diva Tasking Service

On occasion, our clients may need some additional help with things that aren’t on our maintenance or deep cleaning lists, errands, or other small jobs around the house that we can lend a helping hand to manage for them. We are currently Beta-testing a tasking service to cover these types of requests:

  • Deeper Cleaning than what our deep cleaning rate will cover

  • Basic Organizing:

    • Put things that are alike together

      • Safe stacking

    • Sifting for donations.

      • We can pick things up one at a time and give you 10 seconds to decide if it’s keep or give away

  • Transport Donations

  • Errand Running (local only)

  • Packing

  • Washing/Folding Laundry (limited responsibility for delicate items)

  • Dishes

  • Prepping the house before a cleaning

  • Light - Medium Waste Removal

  • Window Cleaning

  • Plant Care

  • *Carpet Cleaning

  • *Floor Waxing

  • *Standalone Pressure Washing Jobs

*We may review our insurance policy before accepting some requests.

Karma Diva charges the following rates for these requests, based on physical difficulty, ingenuity needed, and timeframe:

Level 1 Tasking $45/hr

15 min = $11.25 | 30 min = $22.50 | 45 min = $33.75

Level 2 Tasking $47.50/hr

15 min = $11.88 | 30 min = $23.75 | 45 min = $35.63

Level 3 Tasking $50/hr.

15 min = $12.50 | 30 min = $25.00 | 45 min = $37.50

Level 4+ Tasking, hourly rate determined upon review.

*We bill our services in 15-minute increments.

Any additional supplies obtained by Karma Diva or our associates for the purposes of completing these tasks will be included for reimbursement on our final invoice.

Excessive Waste Removal Fees may also apply.

We do not guarantee licensing for any tasks accepted. We are not electricians, we promise not to attempt to rewire your house. Tasks are limited to legal requests only. We're here to help you flip your mattress, not fix your plumbing or take anyone out, including pests.

Though, we could snake your drain, if you needed. We use a drain snake tool to unclog our vacuums, so we could make sure to bring that along, if needed.

We promise not to accept any job that we are not 100% confident we can manage safely within our skill set.
