Getting Started Process

Photo-Based Intake & Virtual Consultation

Services begin with a photo-based intake and brief virtual meeting rather than an in-person consultation. This allows us to review your space in advance and prepare a clear, customized plan for your service.

  1. Fill out our New Client Intake Form on our website

  2. Schedule your Zoom Consultation.

Then, we will begin building your Service Journal Notes and provide a personalized estimate during our Zoom Consult.

We will also email you our Guide to Getting Started with Karma Diva, which covers our Onboarding Process in detail, including photo-upload sections to help us prepare for our Zoom Consultation.

During our Zoom Consultation

We’ll go over all of the notes we have compiled, and you’ll receive a personalized estimate to guide planning. Final timing and pricing are refined during your initial visits and typically become consistent by the second or third visit.

Our First Visit to Your Home

Quality Assurance & Service Setup (Included)

A short portion of your first appointment (approximately 30 minutes) will be used to:

  • Confirm notes from your intake and consultation

  • Make any necessary updates based on the space

  • Build your home’s personalized Service Scorecard

  • Capture reference photos for consistency in future visits

*These photos are used strictly for internal alignment and will never be shared outside of our communications without your explicit permission.

This time is built into your service and not charged separately. We begin charging only once active cleaning begins.

Initial Service Phase (Reset & Detail Work)

All homes and small business offices begin with an Initial Service Phase, designed to bring your space up to your desired standard of care. This typically falls within a 3-visit or 90-day timeframe.

Depending on the size, condition, and level of detail in your home, this phase may be completed:

  • In a single extended visit for smaller or well-maintained spaces, or

  • Over a series of visits for larger or more detailed homes

This approach ensures quality, consistency, and attention to detail without rushing the process.

For One-Time or Short-Term Service

The intake and first visit process remains the same; however, ongoing service planning does not apply.

For Recurring Visits

As we move through the Initial Service Phase, your service becomes more predictable and refined. After 2–3 visits, we establish a consistent timeframe and schedule for ongoing maintenance

Second Visit — Calibration Phase
The second visit often serves as a Calibration Phase, where we refine timing, level of detail, and expectations based on how your home responds to the service.

Third Visit — Stabilization Point
By the third visit, we typically reach a Stabilization Point, where we are able to:

  • Confirm the level of detail your home requires

  • Establish a consistent timeframe for ongoing visits

  • Transition into a Maintenance Phase designed to maintain your space efficiently

An Affordable Green Clean for the Whole Home.

Everyone wears their home differently. At Karma Diva, we understand this and have tailored our services to fit your needs within your budget.

After our initial consultation, our team’s first visit to your home is typically a Deep Cleaning. Then we move into a Maintenance Cleaning schedule.

Our Plus Rate service covers instances when our clients need a little more than maintenance but a little less than a top-to-bottom deep clean, and it can be applied in 15-minute increments or to the full service.

Our Tasking Service is for requests that fall outside of our typical cleaning list. Things like making beds, doing laundry or dishes, or even running small errands could fall into this category.

Final service time and pricing are confirmed based on your home’s needs and service plan.
